About Kelly
My approach to counselling
Central to my approach is the client–counsellor relationship. I take the time to understand who you are, so I can support you in ways that feel meaningful and genuinely helpful. I offer a warm and empathetic space where you can speak openly and explore things at your own pace, free from judgment.
To support your unique needs, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Reality Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies.
A respectful, inclusive space
I value diversity and welcome people of all cultures, identities, beliefs, ages and sexual orientations. Whatever your background, you will be met with genuine care and respect.
